Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was damaged on delivery (with proof)

Yes, you may return an item within 3 days of delivery if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof (photo/video) of the issue

If the return is due to an error on our side, we will cover the shipping. If not, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days via the original payment method.
